Linguistic and Cultural Contextualization
OER should be developed and adapted to reflect diverse linguistic and cultural contexts. Strategies include translation efforts, localization initiatives, and collaboration with local educators to ensure that content is relevant to specific learning environments. Governments and organizations should support community-driven approaches to contextualizing OER for different cultural and linguistic groups.
