Digital Skills Development for OER
To maximize the benefits of OER, educators and learners must develop digital competencies that enable them to create, adapt, and share open educational resources. Capacity-building initiatives should include training on digital literacy, open licensing, multimedia content creation, and the integration of OER into learning management systems.

Learning in a Digital Age (LiDA) Case Study
This case study addresses the LiDA suite, which is made up of four micro-courses developed by the OERF that are delivered virtually, with the aim of supporting adults in developing digital and critical media literacy skills for learning online.
