The World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Forum 2023 saw three sessions focusing on the UNESCO OER recommendation. During the three sessions, the OER Dynamic Coalition members discussed the current state of national OER platforms/ecosystems, the challenges they face, and recommendations to encourage the development of open and publicly funded OER platforms.
